Witches view nature as teacher.
Animists view nature as relative, as kin. When we braid these understandings together, our relationship to the world expands in profound ways. Nature isn’t something external to humans, enacting phenomena upon us. We are nature. We co-create our experience within the web of relationships that link us to everything else.
Our approach to animism is implicit to our work and our mentoring methodology. It is not a single session or a panel of educational ideas that we present. Rather, it is the constant thread that connects all of our lessons and practices. It is this worldview that underlies all the topics we study. You will be presented with numerous animist practices and theories to help you center yourself within your own cosmology, or perspective on the world.
It is an ongoing conversation throughout the mentorship.
